J. Riley was elected to his seventh term as the Firm's Managing Partner. The other
members of the committee are:

Rhett G. Campbell serves as the Houston Office Managing Partner and Practice Leader
of the Firm's Corporate Reorganization and Creditors' Rights Practice Group.

Susan E. Coleman is a member of the Firm's Real Estate and Banking Practice Group in
the Fort Worth office.
James W. McKellar is a member of the Firm's Finance Practice Group in the Dallas
office.
Carlos E. Méndez-Peñate serves as the New York Office Managing Partner and is a
member of the Firm's Corporate and Securities Practice Group.

Dallas Parker serves as Practice Leader of the Firm's International Practice Group
and is also a member of the Firm\'s Corporate and Securities Practice Group in the
Houston office.
